Everyone is invited to join the Parke-Vermillion Master Gardener Association when they host Jim Nardi, retired University of Illinois research entomologist, on July 22nd from 6:00 – 7:30 pm. Jim will share all about the plants, pollinators, and other insects that are encountered while leading a walk on the paths around the Ouabache Land Conservancy’s Atherton Island Natural Area 4-acre prairie. The parking area for the natural area is at 6540 W County Rd. 800 S, Rosedale, Indiana (near Lyford, 0.7 mile east of US Highway 41).
